Terms of service

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation number. Rates are per room per night in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated. Maximum occupancy per room is enforced — it's a fire regulation, not a preference.

Check-in runs from 15:00, checkout until 11:00. Suites guarantee 14:00 checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are honoured when occupancy allows, or guaranteed for a fee noted on the rate.

Rates & payments

Saver rates are prepaid and non-refundable. Flexible rates take a card guarantee and charge on arrival. Member rates require the free membership, applied at booking.

A $150 per night pre-authorisation applies at check-in for incidentals. Cash deposits are available at double that amount, refunded on checkout inspection.

Casino entry

The gaming floor is restricted to guests 18 and over with acceptable photo ID — passport, Australian driver licence or proof-of-age card. Our licence obliges us to refuse entry to excluded persons and intoxicated guests.

Responsible-play limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available at the membership desk. Gambling Help Online contacts are posted on the floor and printed on membership materials.

Conduct

The resort is smoke-free indoors including balconies; designated outdoor areas are signed. Quiet hours run 22:00 to 07:00 in accommodation corridors.

We may refuse service or end a stay without refund for threatening behaviour, deliberate damage, or conduct that endangers other guests. This is rare and never arbitrary.

Liability

Guest property is your responsibility in public areas; the in-room safe and the bell desk store are free. Our liability follows the innkeeper provisions of Queensland law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law. Where a term conflicts with the ACL, the ACL wins.
