Rooms

Flexible rates cancel free until 48 hours before arrival; inside that window the first night is charged. Saver rates are prepaid and non-refundable — they can move dates once with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability and any rate difference.

No-shows charge the first night on flexible rates and the full stay on savers. If we cancel your booking — rare, and only for reasons like a sold room we can't honour — you get a full refund plus a comparable alternative arranged at our cost.

Dining & spa

Restaurant reservations cancel free until 24 hours before the seating; Chef's Table and cellar dinners take a $50 per-person deposit refundable to the same deadline.

Spa treatments cancel free until 24 hours; inside that, 50% applies unless we refill the slot — we always try, and we're honest about whether we did.

Events

Wedding and event deposits follow the contract schedule: soft holds are free for 14 days, then staged deposits at 6, 3 and 1 month out. Cancellation fees scale with proximity — the schedule is in the contract, not invented at the time.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We process our side within 48 hours of the cancellation.

Disputes: talk to the desk first. If we get it wrong we fix it fast; if your bank needs documentation we provide it same-day.
