Choose a pickup point and the desk quotes a fixed fare. All vehicles are Mercedes E-Class or V-Class with water, chargers and a driver who knows the back routes.

Interconnecting family rooms, a shallow pool ledge, early dinner seatings and a supervised club on weekend afternoons. Children under five eat free in the brasserie.

Ground-floor garden rooms take dogs up to 20 kg. A bed, bowls and a welcome biscuit are already in the room, and the brasserie's terrace menu includes a pet plate.

This week's classes
The gym on level 3 opens 05:30 – 22:00. Classes run on the rooftop lawn at sunrise and in the studio at dusk. Free for staying guests; visitors $25 a class.

Common questions
Restaurants and bars are open to everyone. The spa takes outside bookings for treatments, and thermal circuit passes are sold daily. The rooftop pool and executive lounge are reserved for staying guests.
Cabanas book through the rooftop page or concierge and go fast on weekends. Spa treatments can be reserved up to 60 days ahead; hotel guests get priority on Saturday mornings.
Nothing extra. You pay the operator's price; the desk earns its keep in goodwill. Some private charters and helicopters carry a booking deposit that is deducted from the final bill.
Smart casual after 18:00 in the casino and Velvet Bar; chef's-table dinners ask for covered shoulders. Poolside and the brasserie stay relaxed all day.
Yes, for every service on this page plus open-value cards from $50. Vouchers are valid 36 months under Australian Consumer Law and can be sent by email or posted in a gift wallet.
