Short version: we use cookies to run the site and measure what's read, not to follow you around the internet.

What we use
Session cookies keep the booking flow alive — dates, guest counts and form contents survive a page refresh. A consent cookie remembers the choice you made on the banner so we don't ask every visit.
First-party analytics cookies count visits and page reads. They're set by our domain, expire within a year, and tell us which articles get read — nothing more specific than that.
What we don't use
No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, no social-media beacons hidden in share buttons. The site loads Font Awesome and AOS from CDNs — those load as files, not as trackers.
If we ever add a third-party tool that sets cookies, it will be listed here before it ships.
Your control
The banner offers accept and decline; declining disables analytics cookies while session cookies continue — the site can't take a booking without them.
Browser settings can block cookies entirely. Everything on the site will work except the booking flow's memory between pages.
