Rooms and rates
Wi-Fi, gym and rooftop pool access, in-room coffee and tea, and GST. Breakfast comes with flexible and member rates; saver rates are room-only.
A card is needed to guarantee the booking online. If you prefer to pay cash or debit on arrival, call the desk and we hold the room against a deposit instead.
When the room is ready, yes, at no charge. Guaranteed early check-in from 11:00 costs $60 and should be noted on the booking the night before.
About 60% of rooms face the Pacific. The rest look over Broadbeach and the hinterland. Request a view at booking; high floors go first.

Yes, guests get priority registration until two hours before start. Buy-ins range $60 to $550 depending on the day; the Thursday deep-stack fills fastest.
The brasserie and bars do. Terrace & Tide and the Chef's Table require bookings, usually a few days out for weekends. Hotel guests can ask the concierge to hold seats.
Every menu marks gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes. For allergies, note it on the reservation and the kitchen confirms a safe menu before you sit down.
The buffet runs 06:30 – 10:30 daily. After that the brasserie serves an all-day menu, and room service covers the hours in between.
Rooms, pools, restaurants, the games room and the rooftop until 20:00. The casino floor, Velvet Bar after 20:00 and the executive lounge are adults-only by law or policy.
Yes, through a vetted agency that knows the resort. Book via concierge with 48 hours notice; rates run $38 per hour with a three-hour minimum.
When booked as a family room category, yes. Requests on standard bookings are noted and met about nine times out of ten.

The bell desk holds bags free all day, before check-in or after checkout. Surfboards and bikes are kept in a secure store on the carpark level.
