What we collect

We collect what a booking needs and nothing more: name, contact details, dates of stay, and payment token handled by our payment processor. If you join the casino membership, we additionally verify photo ID as required by Queensland gaming law. The app stores room preferences and service requests against your booking.

Website analytics run on first-party cookies only — no cross-site trackers, no advertising pixels. CCTV operates in public areas and on the gaming floor as required by our licence.

How we use it

Your details exist to run your stay: the booking, the keys, the bill, the receipts. Contact details let us confirm reservations and answer messages you send us.

We use stay history to recognise returning guests — the preference sheet is why the room arrives with the pillows you like. Journal subscribers get one email a month; marketing is opt-in and unsubscribing is one click, honoured immediately.

Who sees it

Your data is visible to the staff who serve your stay and the processors we pay to run systems: the property management system, the payment processor, and the email service. All are bound by contract and Australian privacy law.

We disclose to authorities only where the law requires it — gaming regulators, and lawful requests we are obliged to answer. We have never sold, and will never sell, guest data to anyone.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days except where the law requires retention — gaming records under the Casino Control Act, and financial records under tax law.
