What to pack for a spa day.
The therapists at Azure Spa see the same overpacked bags and forgotten swimsuits every week. Here's their actual list — what the spa lends and what to bring.

What the spa already has
Robes, slippers, towels, lockers, hair ties, shower amenities, water and tea — all supplied. Arriving with a tote bag is optional; arriving with just yourself works fine.
The thermal circuit provides everything except a swimsuit. That one piece is the item guests forget most — the sauna doesn't care, but the plunge and the rooftop deck do.
The guests who get the most from a treatment are the ones who arrive an hour early and turn their phone off in the locker, not on the table.
Jewellery comes off before treatments — the lockers are secure, but leaving it in the room is easier than remembering which pocket it's in.
What to actually bring
Swimsuit, a change of clothes if you're heading to dinner after, and your own hairbrush if you care about that kind of thing. Everything else is provided or pointless.
Skip the book — the relaxation deck puts people to sleep within ten minutes, and phones stay in lockers anyway. Bring water money for nothing; the tea is free.
If you're on a program, the spa supplies a schedule card and the kitchen handles the menu. You bring the swimsuit and the willpower to stay off email.
Therapist's short list
Swimsuit
The one thing we can't lend you.
No perfume
Treatments use oils; fragrance fights them.
Arrive 60 min early
The thermal circuit before the table doubles the effect.
After the treatment
Plan nothing for two hours after a deep treatment. The rooftop deck exists for exactly this — tea, a lounger and no agenda.
If you're dining upstairs, tell the spa host; they'll time the treatment so you shower, sit, and make your seating without rushing.
